Accounting Clerk (Billing)

Responsibilities

Preparation of large volume of customers' invoices and verification of supporting documents
Preparation of credit note and verification of supporting documents
Answer billing enquiries and solving client's problems
Perform daily AR accounting function
Handle ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements

Form 5 or above
LCCI 2nd level or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years' relevant working experience, preferably with experience in billing, accounting or customer services in sizable company
Good PC skills in MS Office Excel + Word & Chinese word processing
Organized, independent and initiative with good problem solving skill
Immediately available is preferred

Business Development Department

Business Development Officer

Responsibilities

Support business development activities like new opportunities exploration and project implementation
Coordinate projects and prepare tender submission
Communicate with internal parties, suppliers, business partners and customers

Requirements

Diploma or above in Business Administration, Business or related disciplines
At least 3 years working experience in business development, analysis, project coordination or tender submission
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Independent, self-motivated, willing to learn, well-organized and detail-oriented
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

Customer data and payment entry
Stock handling

Engineering Department

Technician

Responsibilities

To perform system installation, maintenance and trouble shooting of electronics, telecommunication products

Requirements

Cert. in Electronic or Electrical Engineering
Grade A of Electrical Work Certificate
Driving license Class 1 & Class 2 is a plus
With at least 1 year experience of electronic and electrical equipment installation and maintenance
Shift duty and outdoor work required
Immediate available is preferable

Senior Software Developer

Responsibilities

To perform coding, software and system testing, debugging of applications especially on the back-end server side applications
To help in performing application system analysis & design, and performance tuning for one of our "application as services" application
To participate in business process design and re-engineering with a logistics system

Requirements

Diploma in or above in Information Technology or related discipline
Minimum 4 years of experience in web-based application system development
Familiar with MySQL, MSSQL or Oracle database, Java programming languages, Windows and Linux operation systems
Good problem solving, troubleshooting and communication skills
